How It Works
Choose a salary policy (PF type, ESI, bonus rules, PT/LWF states etc.) that applies to all employees in this batch.
The template has all required columns pre-labelled. Fill one row per employee. Each employee can have a different calc_basis or target_amount.
Upload the filled Excel. A preview shows your data and flags any missing or invalid values before processing.
Click calculate. Each row is processed using the same engine as the single calculator. A fully formatted result Excel is downloaded automatically.
