The Government of Goa vide Notification No. 24/19/2021/LAB/Part-I/208 has released the Draft Notification of the Industrial Relations (Goa) Rules, 2026. The proposed rules aim to modernize industrial relations and strengthen labour law compliance in accordance with the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
