How It Works
Choose a salary policy (PF type, ESI, bonus rules, PT/LWF states etc.) that applies to all employees in this batch. Settings with β¨ have custom allowances (Pro feature).
The template has all required columns pre-labelled. Fill one row per employee. Each employee can have a different increment type:
- percentage β e.g. 10% hike on their current CTC
- fixed_amount β e.g. βΉ5,000 increase in current Gross
- new_target β directly set the revised CTC/Gross/Net
Use old_basic to enforce an increment floor β the new basic will never be set below the previous one.
Upload the filled Excel. A preview shows your data and flags any missing or invalid values before processing. The final target_amount is computed automatically from your increment inputs.
Click calculate. Each row is processed through the salary engine and a fully formatted result Excel with both old and new salary breakdowns is downloaded automatically.
