The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide Notification No. S.O. 2513(E), has issued a notification regarding the appointment of Inspector Cum Facilitator in relation to the Chief Labour Commissioner (CLC) under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH and WC) Code, 2020. The notification is aimed at strengthening enforcement, inspection, and compliance monitoring mechanisms under the OSH framework while promoting ease of compliance and workplace safety standards across establishments.
