The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.Rt.No.1006, has declared a General Holiday on 28th May 2026 on account of Eid-Ul-Adha (Bakrid). The notification has been issued to facilitate observance of the important religious festival across the state. Government offices, educational institutions, and other establishments covered under the holiday notification are expected to remain closed on the declared date. Employers, organizations, and stakeholders are advised to take note of the official holiday declaration and make necessary operational and administrative arrangements accordingly.
